Police: Arrests on Contempt; Non-Support, $23K

The following contempt of court arrests were reported by Middletown police:

• John Graf, 40, of Mason Drive in Keansburg, was arrested on July 1 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held pending a court date.

• Rob Scott,  27, of Monmouth Parkway in Middletown, was arrested on June 30 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez on contempt of court warrants issued by the Woodbridge and Holmdel municipal courts.

He was held on $800 bail.

• John Poukish, 36, of Stillwell Street in Matawan, was arrested on June 30 by Patrolman John Soltysik on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• James Schmidt, 37,  of Georgia Avenue in Williamstown, was arrested on July 2 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Jeffery Johnson, 58, of Center Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on July 5 by Patrolman Scott Davis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released on his own recognizance.

• Stephon Vaxter, 28, of Aberdeen Road in Aberdeen, was arrested on July 4 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines on contempt of court warrants issued by the Woodbridge and Linden municipal courts.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• William Brown, 43, of Church Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on July 4 by Patrolman Greg Buhowski on a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held on $23,554.43 bail.

• Matthew Lecomte, 26, of Main Street in Keyport, was arrested on July 3 by Deputy Chief Stephen Dollinger on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Trace Orr, 30, of Buckingham Court in Hazlet, was arrested on July 5 by Patrolman Frank Mazza on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $1,000 bail.

• Michael Dumycz, 23, of Palmer Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 7 by Police Officer Erica Weeks on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Donald Jeffrey, 31, of Ellis Avenue in Long Branch, was arrested on July 6 by Patrolman Christian Clark on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.
