Police: Contempt of Court Arrests

The following recent arrests on contempt of court warrant charges were made and reported by Middletown police.

• Ryan Fisher, 34, of Harbor View Drive in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on June 1 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Anti-Crime Unit on contempt of court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Middletown municipal courts.

He was held on $1,800 bail.

• Michael Burgos, 45, of Moore Avenue in Woodbridge, was arrested on May 31 by Patrolman Adam Colfer on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Keansburg municipal courts.

He was held on $2,250 bail.

• Alicia Durett, 34, of Spruce Street in Forked River, was arrested on May 29 by Patrolman Kent Thorton on contempt of court warrants issued by Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $1,000 bail.

• Ronald Burdge, 47,of Lakeside Drive in Little Egg Harbor, was arrested on May 29 by Patrolman Ricardo Cruz on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Egg Harbor Municipal Court.

He was held on $300 bail.

• Anthony Ingianni, 26, of Crescent Parkway in Red Bank, was arrested on May 29 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

He was released pending a court date.

• Devin Carney, 30, of South Holly Drive in Hazlet, was arrested on June 2 by Patrolman Scott Davis on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $340 bail.

• Robert Lagville, 30, of Locust Grove in Hazlet, was arrested on June 1 by Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia and charged with theft and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Holmdel and Middletown municipal courts.

He was released after posting $450 bail.

• Conor Murphy, 23, of Campbell Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on June 4 by Patrolman Adam Colfer on contempt of court warrants issued by the Manalapan and Hazlet municipal courts.

He was held on $2,350 bail.

• Thomas Moses, 55, of Route 36 in Middletown, was arrested on June 3 by Patrolman Adam Colfer on contempt of court warrants issued by the Holmdel and Middletown municipal courts.

He was held on $3,057 bail.

• Ismael Rodriguez, 27, of Elizabeth Terrace in Neptune, was arrested on June 5 by Patrolman Richard Fulham on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Justin Lewallen, 23, of Division Street in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on June 5 by Patrolman Adam Colfer on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $782 bail.
