Arresting News: Weapons Possession, Simple Assault & More

The following recent arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• Eligio Martinez-Rojas, 28, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 19  in the area of River Street and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Jenna Merola, 21, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 18 in the area of Riverview Plaza and charged with possession of weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, criminal mischief and simple assault by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

• Eleazar Aguirre-Salazar, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 18 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.

• Amy Matheny, 45, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 14 in the area of Broad Street and charged with shoplifting by Patrolman Gary Watson.

Contempt of Court

• Marc Pines, 41, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 17 in the area of Carmen Place and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman John Camarca.

• Kevin Mallory, 29, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 17 in the area of East Sunset Avenue and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Carlos Almanzar, 26, of Lakewood, was arrested on May 17 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman Jhonatan Quispe.

• Toni Brown, 46, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 16 in the area of Bank Street and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• David Searight, 20, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on May 15 in the area of W. Bergen Place and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Kenneth Persico, 48, of Middletown, was arrested on May 14 in the area of Maple Avenue and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Erin Solleder, 39, of Red Bank, was arrested on May 20 in the area of Spring Street and charged with contempt of court and harassment by Sgt. David Hicks.

• Larry Clifton, 38, of Eatontown, was arrested on May 19 in the area of McLaren Street and charged with contempt of court by Patrolman Patrick Kennedy.
