Several Locals Arrested on Contempt of Court Charges

The following recent contempt of court arrests were reported by Middletown police:

• Jeffrey Kowal,18, from Rutledge Drive in Red Bank, was arrested on March 10 on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

• Wayne Carhart, 36, of Church Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 10 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.

He was held on $2,000 bail.

• Peter Thompson, 43, of Mohican Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 11 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Christopher Biello, 42, of Coe Place in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on March 11 by Detective Kimberly Best on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Howell municipal courts.

He was held on $2,738 bail.

• Jonathan Wagner, 19, of Shore Boulevard in Keansburg, was arrested on March 11 by Patrolman Brady Carr on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,000 bail with a 10 percent option.

• Jesse Kimball, 44, of Belmont Avenue in Madison, was arrested on March 11 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $500 bail.

• Jessica Pascalli, 31, of Liberty Street in Middletown, was arrested on March 12 by Police Officer Stephanie Geisel on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $1,000 bail.

• Adam George, 23, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on March 12 by Patrolman Charles Higgons on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $1,800 bail.

• Jonathan Smith, 19, of Deepdale Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 12 by Cpl. Robert Shannon on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $450 bail.

• Harold Johnson, 33, of Sherman Avenue in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 15 by Cpl. Lawrence Seymour on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Hazlet municipal courts.

He was held on $1,601 bail.

• Luis Valverde-Mora, 37, of Main Street in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on March 17 by Cpl. Darrin Simon on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Patterson Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $859 bail.

• Adriana Decastro, 42, of Monmouth Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 16 by Patrolman Jason Troshane on a contempt of court warrant issued by Monmouth Beach Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $221 bail.

• Thomas Menendez, 51, of Geary Drive in Middletown, was arrested on March 18 by Detective Keith Hirschbein on criminal warrant issued by the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice.

He was held on $100,000 bail set by Judge Michael Toto of the Middlesex County Superior Court.

• William Dolly, 28, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on March 17 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Stewart Roston, 66, of Lenepe Trail in Middletown, was arrested on March 21 by Police Officer Erica Weeks on contempt of court warrants issued by the Aberdeen and Old Bridge municipal courts.

He was released after posting $1,450 bail.

• Amy Matheny, 45, of Oakland Street in Red Bank, was arrested on March 21 by Police Officer Tara Stucy on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was held on $1,000 bail.

• Marlon Curtis, 31, of Monroe Avenue in Neptune, was arrested on March 19 by Patrolman Adam Vendetti on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $250 bail.

• Kristen Ruff, 28, from East Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on March 22 by Police Officer Erica Weeks on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Tinton Falls municipal courts.

She was released after posting $1,156 bail.
