Police Report: Theft, Criminal Mischief, DWI, Assault, Marijuana

The following November criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Riverside Avenue was reported on Nov. 20. A vehicle parked in a parking garage was reportedly keyed on the rear driver’s side bumper.

Patrolman Sean Hauschildt took the report.

• The theft of a wallet and a pair of Beats by Dre-Beats headphones, valued at $299, from a vehicle in the area of W. Westside Avenue was reported on Nov. 19. The wallet was later found and returned to the owner.

Patrolman Gary Watson took the report.

• The theft of Native lowrider sunglasses, valued at $200, a Skill 10- inch single bevel chip saw, valued at $150, a Stanley 4-foot level, valued at $50, and a bag of miscellaneous hand tools, valued at $300, from an unlocked vehicle parked in a private driveway in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Nov. 19.

• The theft of a black wallet with a carbon fiber money clip containing a driver’s license, social security card, work permit and $50 in cash from a vehicle parked in the area of Oakland Street was reported on Nov. 19.

• The theft of a pair of sunglasses and a set of keys from the center console of an unlocked vehicle parked in the area of Locust Avenue was reported on Nov. 19.

Patrolman Patrick Kennedy took the report.

• The theft of $60 in cash from one of two vehicles parked in driveways in the area of Herbert Street was reported on Nov. 19. The vehicles were rummaged through.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Washington Place and Mechanic Street was reported on Nov. 18. Three tires were reportedly slashed and marks were scratched on the rear passenger side quarter panel of a parked car.

• The theft of a black laptop, valued at $2,500, and $50 in cash from an unlocked vehicle in the area of Bridge Avenue was reported on Nov. 5.

Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Nov. 2. A vehicle parked in a business parking lot reportedly had several hundred dollars’ worth of damage done to its rear bumper.

Arrests

• Rachel Gordon, 31, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested in the area of Drummond Place on Nov. 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Stephen Achille, 37, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Nov. 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Herbert Eigenrauch, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 29 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Juan Quezada-Caranza, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Nov. 28 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Daniel Molloy, 23, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Wharf Avenue on Nov. 28 and charged with defiant trespass by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Jonah Brewer, 19, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Knight Street on Nov. 25 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Tyler Tominus, 21, of Ocean Township, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 25 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• William Rongo, 56, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of White Street on Nov. 24 and charged with possession of prescription legend drugs by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Susan Gurzakovic, 34, of Woodbridge, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 24 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Rebecca Douglas, 26, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of White Street on Nov. 24 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Joseph Mangone, 27, of Matawan, was arrested in the area of Hubbard’s Bridge on Nov. 23 and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• John Smith, 35, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Edward Bartolomeo, 40, of Union Beach, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Nov. 21 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Kyree Farrow, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Nov. 20 and charged with possession of marijuana by SLEO James Courtney.

• Joseph DeLucia, 36, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Nov. 19 and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Joshua Carmona, 25, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Nov. 18 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by SLEO James Courtney.

• Saul Jerez, 32, of Perth Amboy, was arrested in the area of Water Street on Nov. 15 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Paul Panetta, 51, of Pine, CO, was arrested in the area of Rector Place on Nov. 14 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Nielah Dade, 25, of Highlands, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Nov. 13 and charged with hindering apprehension by SLEO James Courtney.

• Joseph Delucia, 36, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of North Bridge Avenue on Nov. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Garrett Falco.

• Thomas D’Amato, 62, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Nov. 9 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Sgt. Matthew Ehrenreich.

• Reuben Dayan, 32, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Spring Street on Nov. 9 and charged with simple assault and criminal mischief by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Joanna Lopez-Vasquez, 40, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Leighton Avenue on Nov. 7 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• James Campbell, 65, of Moonache, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Nov. 6 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Ashon Lovick.

• Marcella Skultety, 48, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Pinckney Road on Nov. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and operating while suspended for DWI by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Oscar Gomez- Prior, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of West Bergen Place on Nov. 2 and charged with obstructing the administration of law and simple assault by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

• Benito Saldivar, 33, of Lakewood, was arrested in the area of West Front Street on Nov. 2 and charged with obstructing the administration of law by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Claudia Demianczuk, 21, of Keyport, was arrested in the area of McClaren Street on Nov. 2 and charged with simple assault and contempt of court by Patrolman Luke Cahill.

• Anthony Forgione-Russo, 22, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of East Front Street on Nov. 2 and charged with possession of marijuana by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.
