The following criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• There was a report of a burglary in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 20. The victims reported that an unknown person or people gained entry to multiple businesses and removed $3,272.88 worth of property.

Patrolman Joseph Barnicle and Detective Sgt. James Ramsey are investigating.

• There was a report of a stolen vehicle at Schwartz Mazda, Shrewsbury Avenue, on Aug. 13. The victim reported that an unknown person or people stole a vehicle valued at $18,600 from the lot.

Patrolman Daniel DeCristofaro is investigating.

Arrests

• Byron J. Wright, 35, of Staten Island, NY, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 31 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Sgt. Jessica Boyd.

• Karen M. Roche, 51, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Angel Marrero.

• Ryan J. Barrett, 34, of Denver, CO, was arrested in the area of White Road on Aug. 18 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

Contempt of Court

• Kristina D. Cruz, 28, of Freehold, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 30 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Kyle Ludwig.

• James A. Fedorko, 60, of Brick, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 28 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• Joshua M. Mogene, 31, of Linden, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 27 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Angle Marrero.

• Jennifer M. Reilly, 43, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 26 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

• Tenisha Victor, 26, of Eatontown, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 25 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Ralph Latham.

• Admiral L. Walker, 32, of Neptune, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 24 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Tyler Fox.

• Robert Lahey Jr., 25, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 24 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Kyle Ludwig. .

• Jefferson A. Vargas-Yutiven, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 20 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• Jefferson A. Vargas-Tutiven, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Aug. 20 on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.
