New Jersey State police have released a sketch of the African American female whose body was recovered in Sea Bright recently.

The woman is described as  50 to 60 years old, 5-foot, 3-inches tall and weighing 169 pounds with medium length black hair. She was wearing black jeans and a grey t-shirt. The woman is believed to have had potential ties to New York City.
