Rumson Police Report: Burglary, DUI, Underage Drinking, CDS Possession

The following June and July arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.Arrests

• A 17-year-old male juvenile from Rumson was arrested in the area of Rumson Road on July 30 and charged with burglary, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Robert Olshan, 25, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Carton Street on July 10 and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Daniel Campanella.

• A 17-year-old male juvenile from Shrewsbury was arrested in the area of Ridge Road on July 7 and charged with underage possession of alcohol by Patrolman Michael Berger.

• David Whelan, 28, of Rumson, in the area of Heathcliff Road on July 5 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Michael Berger.

• Leonardo Neves, 22, of Newark, was arrested in the area of Rumson Road on July 2 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of paraphernalia by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Sean Thompson, 18, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Pebble Hill Road on June 29 and charged with maintaining a nuisance and serving alcoholic beverages to minors by Patrolman Richard Torres.

Jack Kreutzberg, 18, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Oakes Road on June 16 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Ptl. Michael Berger.

• James Laughinghouse, 18, of Rumson, was arrested in the area of Navesink Avenue on June 3 and charged with underage possession of alcohol by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

Contempt of Court

• Edward Krol-Muma, 47, of Lake Hopatcong, was arrested in the area of Ridge Road on July 23 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer Jessica Caffey.

• Jodie Ritchie, 38, of Browns Mills, was arrested in the area of Navesink Avenue on June 24 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer Thomas Hughes.

• Brendan Ban, 19, of Rumson, was arrested at police headquarters on June 23 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer Thomas Hughes.

 • Julia Mannion, 27, of Fair Haven, was arrested at police headquarters on June 7 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Sgt. Anthony Ciambrone.
