Rumson Police Report: Burglary, Eluding, Fraud, Juvenile DUI

The following April arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.• Marquell Nichols, 26, of Neptune Township, was arrested on April 12 and charged with two counts of burglary to a motor vehicle by Patrolman Cody Lovgren.

• A 16-year-old juvenile from Oceanport was arrested on Club Way on April 9 and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) by Patrolman Ptl. Grace Maggiulli.

• Daniel Pilszak, 34, of South Amboy, was arrested on April 6 and charged with credit card theft and fraudulent use of a credit card by Detective Sgt. Christopher Isherwood.   

• Christopher Defelice, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on April 2 and charged with eluding by Patrolman Michael Berger.

 Contempt of Court

• Matthew McDonagh, 48, of Rumson, was arrested on April 24 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Berger.

 • Matthew Scoble, 44, of Rumson, was arrested on April 20 on a  contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Berger.

• Joseph Ortiz, 46, of Eatontown, was arrested on April 19 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Berger.

• Hannah Losavio, 18, of Rumson, was arrested on April 13 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Special Officer Donald Morse.
