The following March arrests were reported by Rumson police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

 • Rakim Pottey, 22, of Asbury Park, was arrested on March 29 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Mark Valenzano, 52, of Ocean Township, was arrested on March 25 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Ryan Jacobs, 21, of Fair Haven, was arrested on March 17 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute by Special Officer Jessica Caffey.
