Fair Haven Police Report: Theft, Misappropriation of Funds, Marijuana, DWI, Juvenile Arrest

The following January arrests were reported by Fair Haven police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• A  16-year-old juvenile was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 28 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Brooks Robinson.

The juvenile was released to a parent.

• Eric S. Ruggiero, 34, of Little Silver, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 20 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra.

He was released pending a Fair Haven Municipal Court appearance.

 Christopher Carter, 28, of Swartswood, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 18 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Brooks Robinson.

He was released pending a Fair Haven Municipal Court appearance.

• Henry D. Manley II, 20, of Rumson, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 18 an charged with  possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia by Patrolman Brooks Robinson.

He was released pending a Fair Haven Municipal Court appearance.

• Timothy D. Lake, 49, of Fair Haven was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with  misappropriation of funds, theft of movable property and passing a bad check.

Sgt. Jesse Dykstra was the investigating/arresting officer.

He was processed and released pending a court appearance at the Monmouth County Superior Court, Freehold.

• Shanna M. Tyson, 24, of Hazlet, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 15 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of paraphernalia by Sgt. Jesse Dykstra.

She was released pending a Fair Haven Municipal Court appearance.

• Jodi S. Tassinari, 24, of Saylorsburg, PA, was arrested on Jan. 11 by Officer Michael Volker after an active warrant was located out of this jurisdiction.

She was processed and released after posting full cash bail.   Officer Michael Volker was the arresting Officer.

Joshua J. Morrison, 18, of Neptune, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 10 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Brooks Robinson.

He was released pending a Fair Haven Municipal Court appearance.

• Richard E. Salisbury, 59, of Red Bank, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Jan. 5 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Brooks Robinson.

He was released pending a Fair Haven Municipal Court appearance.
