Police Report: Lewdness, Burglary, CDS Possession

The following criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Shrewsbury police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incident

• There was a report of a vehicle burglary in the area of Glory Street on Jan. 16. The victim reported that property valued at $1,200 was stolen.

Patrolman Derek Myers is investigating.

Arrests

• Patrick R. Carroll, 20, of Hazlet, was arrested on Jan. 18 in the area of Broad Street and charged with lewdness by Patrolman Joseph Barnicle.

• John H. Schwinn, 53, of Tinton Falls, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Jan. 17 and charged with driving while suspended by Patrolman Tyler Fox.

• Ashley L. Azevedo, 21, of Morganville, was arrested in the area of Patterson Avenue on Jan. 15 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Ralph Latham.

Contempt of Court

• Peter Delamos, 77, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Jan. 19 in the area of Sycamore Avenue on a contempt of court warrant by Patrolman Ryan Cullinane.

• Anthony M. Joseph, 27, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Jan. 17 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant  by Patrolman Tyler Fox.

• Susanna Perez, 35, of Eatontown, was arrested i the area of Sycamore Avenue on Jan. 17 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Derek Myers.

• Tyshon Hawkins, 23, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Sycamore Avenue on Jan. 15 on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Mary Ellen Rumola.
