Police Report: Theft, Harassment, DWIs, Fraud, Disorderly, Marijuana

The following recent criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

• The theft of a bottle of perfume, valued at $335, from a Broad Street store, was reported on Dec. 4.

Patrolman George Travostino took the report.

• A theft in the area of Broad Street was reported on Nov. 28. An unknown male, described as being black or Hispanic with a hood pulled tightly over his head, was seen stealing 10 cans of Enfamil baby formula, valued at $174.

Patrolman Cevin Albert took the report.

• A theft in the area of Broad Street was reported on Nov. 24. The victim reported that a red fur coat, valued at $3,000, with a car key inside the pocket, had been taken.

Arrests

• Douglas Lee Tindal, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 4 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with defiant trespass and contempt of court (COC) by Patrolman David Smith.

• Luis G. Varela-De-LaRosa, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 3 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with harassment by Patrolman David Smith.

• Ravi Sinha, 30, of Colts Neck, was arrested on Dec. 3 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Douglas Lee Tindal, 26, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 29 in the area of Locust Avenue and charged with credit card theft and fraudulent use of a credit card by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.

• Carlos Pacheco, 19, of Long Branch, was arrested on Nov. 27 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Algieron Pines, 21, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Nov. 27 in the area of Mechanic Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Kevin Raymundo Martinez, 18, of Asbury Park, was arrested on Nov. 27 in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Scott Kelly, 54, of the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 26 in the area of Monmouth Street and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of a hypodermic syringe by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Quadry Lyons, 21, of Neptune, was arrested on Nov. 27 in the area of Mechanic Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Benjamin Springer.

• Alexander Giudice, 30, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 26 in the area of W. Front Street and charged with disorderly conduct by Patrolman Stanley Balmer.

• Dorizio Vespa, 73, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the area of E. Front Street and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Michael Eckert, 24, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the area of Morford Place and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Jeffrey J. Maiorino, 37, of Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the area of Broad Street and charged with disorderly conduct  by Patrolman Sean Hauschildt.

Contempt of Court

• Chanel Walker, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested on Dec. 2 in the area of Riverside Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Lauren Fernandez, 20, of Shrewsbury, was arrested on Nov. 29 in the area of Maple Avenue on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Kristin Altimari.

• Keith Brooks, 35, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 29 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Michael Baron.

• Anthony Bryant, 25, of Tinton Falls, was arrested on Nov. 27 in the area of W. Front Street a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Jhonathan Quispe.

• Trinia Anthony, 38, of Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 26 in the area of W. Front Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by OFC Darren McConnell.

• Andrew Halper, 20, of Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 25 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Sarah E. Cunningham, 28, of Harvey Cedars, was arrested on Nov. 25 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

• Jonathan A. Bagnato, 34, of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 24 in the area of Monmouth Street on a contempt of court (COC) warrant by Patrolman Michael Zadlock.
